Returns & Refunds Policy

If you need to make a return or exchange, you are do so within 30 days.

All retuned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original conditons. We have the right to refuse or exchange.

Please note if it has been over 30 days from the date you received your item(s) then we are unable to accept your return.

We will refund items, if they are damaged when received, please send us a picture of the item to contact@hczion.com and one of our customer service team member willget back to you within in 2 working business days.
